You can find it on the roof of the building with the Volleyball Graffiti. It's on the border of Little Odessa. 

Williamsburg Tech Parts Chest 2 Location

This one's not next to a notable landmark, but it is on the roof of a building that's adjacent to one of the tallest buildings in Williamsburg. Also, it's straight up south from the building with the green eye Graffiti, and you should be able to spot the Tech Parts chest from there. 

Williamsburg Tech Parts Chest 3 Location

This one's a bit tricky to find since you can't spot it from the top of any buildings. It's tucked away in a little behind the building with a Daily Bugle billboard. If you have discovered the Prowler Stash in this area, simply start swinging south, and you should be able to spot it. 

Williamsburg Tech Parts Chest 4 Location

This one's also easy to miss since it's hiding behind a red-colored apartment near the warehouse area.

You can find it on the roof of a building with a water tank. It's also on the border of Little Odessa, and you should be able to spot it from afar.
