League of Legends is coming back to Twitch Rivals this April with the League of Legends Series's newest iteration.
Twitch Rivals League of Legends Series 2 will feature some of the best League of Legends Twitch streamers from the NA region. Eight popular streams have been chosen to draft their teams out of 40 other streamers.
The drafting phase has been completed on the 7th of April, the teams are now known and everything is ready for the spectacle which will span across several weeks of competition.

Twitch Rivals League of Legends Series 2 will be a 4-day event, with one day reserved for the draft and three days of the competition.
- 14th April: Group Stage Round 1: 1 pm - 7 pm PDT
- 21st April: Group Stage Round 2 and 3: 1 pm - 8 pm PDT
- 28th April: Playoffs and Finals: 1 pm - 8 pm PDT
- 1pm - 2pm PDT - Quarterfinals (Bo1)
- 2pm - 5pm PDT - Semifinals (Bo3)
- 5pm - 8pm PDT - Finals (Bo3)
Twitch Rivals League of Legends Series 2 format and rules
All games are 5v5 Summoner’s Rift in Draft Pick mode
- Group Stage
- Captains randomly assigned to either Group A or Group B
- Each match will feature 2 games played, with sides randomly determine for the teams
- Both games will always be played
- Overall standings will be based on a team’s total game score in all matches (match score will only be considered for tiebreakers)
- The top 3 teams from each group will advance to the Playoffs bracket on Day 4. The bottom team from each group will be eliminated after the Group Stage
- Every player on a team must play in at least 1 game, playoffs exempt (backup players must be fielded once during the regular season)

Twitch Rivals League of Legends Series 2 Prize Pool
With big names competing, there needs to be a hefty prize pool as well, and Series 2 features a whopping $75,000 in prize money.
The organizers are yet to reveal how the money will be split based on the placement.
