Fortnite Aloy skin: Release date, Aloy Cup, bundle contents

The Primal theme has taken over the island for Chapter 2 Season 6 of Epic Games Fortnite battle royale, and now a new hero has emerged. She should fit right in, coming from her own post-apocalyptic world.

Horizon Zero Dawn’s Aloy, the main protagonist of the game, is coming soon to the Fortnite island. The crossover will include an awesome new character skin as well as exclusive loot to complete the set.

How to get Fortnite Aloy skin

The Aloy skin and matching cosmetics, as well as the entire Horizon Zero Dawn bundle will be available for purchase in the Fortnite store beginning 15th, April 2021. There has been no reported price as of yet, but other crossover bundles have been between 2,000-3,000 V-Bucks, so we expect it to fall into that range.

The following items are included in the Horizon Zero Dawn bundle:

• Aloy outfit
• Spear pickaxe
• Glinthawk glider
• Blaze canister back bling
• Heart-rizon emote
• Shield-Weaver wrap
• Aloy the Skywalker loading screen (bundle exclusive)

It has also been rumoured that this outfit will include a bonus style, unlockable via select challenges. This would be similar to the Golden, Runic and Chromium unlockable styles.

How to get Fortnite Aloy skin for free

In addition to the skin and accompanying items being dropped into the Fortnite store, Epic Games is giving their players a chance to unlock the bundle for free. Exclusive to those on a PlayStation platform, the Aloy Cup will take place on 14th, April 2021.

The top teams from each region will be gifted the complete Horizon Zero Dawn bundle an entire day early before it becomes available for purchase. The Aloy Cup will operate as a duo’s tournament and has a pretty cool bonus points system too.

Going along with the Primal season theme, as well as Aloy’s post-apocalyptic setting in Zero Dawn Horizon, eliminations with the Bow (Aloy’s signature weapon) will grant bonus points in the Aloy Cup.
