How to get Inhibitors in Dying Light 2

The highly anticipated open-world horror title Dying Light 2: Stay Human has finally been released and, much like its 2015's predecessor, the game boasts a plethora of side missions, challenges, and collectables that will keep you busy long after the credits have rolled.

Therefore, It's unsurprising that Dying Light 2 is an immensely challenging game, with more than 50 trophy achievements on offer. Indeed, it is also a game that compels players to upgrade their weapons, equipment and skills to turn the tides against the hordes of undead.

Flight or flight is central to the game's experience, and depending on what you prefer, you will have to upgrade your health or stamina at Inhibitors. So, here's our guide on finding inhibitors in Dying Light 2.

Where to find Inhibitors in Dying Light 2?

Despite being a valuable resource, Inhibitors are not hard to find in Dying Light 2, with Inhibitor caches scattered across the map.

You can track Inhibitors using the GRE key indicator that shows up at the left-hand corner of the screen when you're roughly 50 meters away from them.

Finding them gets easier once you activate radio towers since every tower in a region pings the location of the Inhibitor caches. Unfortunately, hordes of infected usually surround these caches, so expect a fight every time you go looking for one.

Your best bet to find an abundance of Inhibitors in Dying Light 2 is to scavenge GRE Dark Zones and GRE Anomalies. Accordingly, players must be fully prepared to face the challenge if they don't want an untimely

Dark Zones are relatively easier to navigate and requires you to be stealthy. Here you will come across blue GRE boxes unlocked with GRE keys, which you will also find in the Dark Zone. You will also come across these GRE boxes in the main missions.

Scavenging GRE Anomalies is tricky since you have to fight a high-level infected, called Revenant. However, once the Revenant is taken care of, you can loot the container containing Inhibitors and other high-level crafting materials.

Remember that you need three inhibitors to upgrade either health or stamina, which means you will always have to be on the lookout for one if you want to overcome the many obstacles the world of Dying Light 2 throws at you.

That concludes our Dying Light 2 inhibitors guide. Make sure to check our dedicated Dying Light 2 section for more news, guides, and features.
