Dying Light 2 - How to get The Left Finger of gloVa blueprint

Dying Light 2 is finally available on a multitude of platforms after delays and a long wait. The open-world survival title is an exciting post-apocalyptic adventure where players must fight against zombies and remain human.

Game developers Techland have provided a touch of nostalgia with multiple references to some of their other titles, as well as the first Dying Light. Players have the chance to unlock special weapons blueprints referencing these other titles, some with supreme ability to help you remain human.

The special room features a Finger Gun to help you blast through enemies and save humanity. Here's how to get The Left Finger of gloVa secret blueprint in Dying Light 2.

How to get The Left Finger of gloVa in Dying Light 2

The Left Finger of gloVa is a tribute to The Left Hand of gloVA, a weapon from Techland's Dead Island, as well as The Right Hand of gloVA from the first Dying Light. You'll definitely want to unlock this high-powered weapon, both for its effectiveness and the sheer comedic value.

To unlock the Finger Gun in Dying Light 2, head to the Garrison District, where the blueprint will be located in a skyscraper. It's best to first complete the Broadcast story mission upon reaching the District as you'll acquire the Grappling Hook, helping you scale towers quicker.

After completing Broadcast, scale the VNC Tower again, and you'll be ready to find the Finger Gun blueprint. At the top of the VNC Tower, look Southwest, and you'll spot a skyscraper with a long antenna and a parachute from an airdrop hanging off one of the corners.

Jump and use your glider to swoop over to that roof and look for an electrical transformer with a cable on it when you land. The next step is to complete this Skyscraper-cable puzzle by jumping down to lower levels on different sides of the building while grappling the available hooks to lead you to the room.

Here's a video showing a visual representation of how to complete the Skyscraper-cable puzzle as it can be a bit challenging.

The secret room will be unlocked as soon as you plug in the final cable and use your GRE key to unlock the door. Be careful, though; a zombie will rush out and attack you when first opening the secret room.

Inside, players will find a note from the developers, posters of other Techland games, as well as the blueprint for The Left Finger of gLoVa.

Do note, The Left Finger of gloVa requires 369 Scraps to craft, and will only provide 16 shots before degrading. Upon which you will need to gather more Scraps to craft another Finger Gun.
