Fans have long-awaited the Phantom Liberty expansion for Cyberpunk 2077 since it was announced in September 2022, and developers have finally fans when they can expect a little more information about the upcoming expansion: in June 2023.
The large expansion, which will be released soon after Cyberpunk 2077 Patch 1.7, will include a brand new spy-thriller story, introduce new areas for players to explore, new cyberware and weapons, and more.
The Cyberpunk 2077 team took to Twitter to share the exciting new announcement that more info about the Phantom Liberty expansion will be coming in June, encouraging players to "stay tuned."
This means that fans will only have to wait a little longer to hear more about the upcoming Phantom Liberty update and that the expansion might be slated for a release relatively soon.
After all, developers originally promised a 2023 release date after announcing the update in 2022, so it's very possible that it will come out in the next few months.
