How To Find Scorpion Hatchling In Conan Exiles?
Before raiding the various scorpion nests, ensure you have enough potions and elixirs to mitigate any Poison status effects you may get. Locating the scorpion nests are found in select areas in The Exiled Lands and the Isle of Siptah, predominately in the Desert biome where the weather conditions are scorching.
The scorpion nests on the Isle of Siptah can be located west of the Circle of the Ravenger vista (K9). However, when venturing into The Exiled Lands, a hidden location, The Scorpion’s Den or Sepermeru Silver Mine, is found between the Rhinohorn Ridge (B6) and The Jawbone (C6), where scorpions populate this area.
You may find Scorpion hatchlings which may be slightly challenging to face; however, if you can find the Egg-sac, you can collect as many as possible. The Egg-sacs are occasional drops if you've entered the mine at the abovementioned location by defeating The Scorpion Queen.
There are various ways to get a Scorpion hatchling from the Egg-sac; you can wait for exactly 24 hours or place it in a Compost Heap for less time to get the creature. Only then can you put the Scorpion hatchling in an Animal Pen and feed it some food to potentially get one of four Scorpion variants.
This will take around six hours to receive an adult scorpion, regardless of what you may feed it; however, there is food that best works on the Scorpion hatchling. The Shadespiced Demon Blood will grant you the most experience, which can be made using 10 Demon Blood and one Shadebloom Flower.
