Conan Exiles has many farming resources that can benefit players when crafting armor, weapons, and alchemical items. Some are pretty accessible to find, while others, like Ichor, come with unique challenges. Still, it doesn’t mean they can’t be acquired. So, if you’re looking for strategies around how to farm Ichor in Conan Exiles, then you are in luck! There are a few ways to get plenty of Ichor in no time. This guide explains the best ways to farm Ichor in Conan Exiles and how to start using it for crafting Corrupted Stone, oil, and more in the game.
Best Ways To Farm Ichor In Conan Age Of Sorcery
Ichor is a rare resource primarily used to craft alchemy-based items, which players will heavily rely on in Conan Exiles. A gluey, sticky, and (at times) smelly substance can be pretty hard to get, especially when on PvE servers, as most players will be looking to farm this resource. That being said, there is an accessible yet efficient way to farm Ichor in Conan Exiles.
It's worth pointing out that these farming strategies will work for PvE and PvP; however, PvP players will have a slight advantage due to not spawning in locations far from any farming route. If you’re starting on The Exiled Lands, one of the early game strategies for acquiring Ichor is defeating Thralls and various animals, as they’re more likely to drop random loot, like various candles and orbs.
This is because when dismantled, you can get Ichor in Conan Exiles as one of the resources gained, which can be helpful. However, you’ll need to reach Level 37 to unlock the Dismantling Bench Knowledge and gain the blueprint to craft this station before you can begin dismantling items. Another strategy to farm Ichor faster, especially if you're playing on the Isle of Siptah, is defeating enemies and animals to gain Ghoulish Humors and Putrid Meat. You’ll earn plenty of Putrid Meat from looting corpses and placing them with any Bone, and Ghoulish Humors in a Fluid Press will extract some Ichor.
If you own or have the blueprint for the Zathite Ritual Dagger, you can craft and use the weapon to skin spiders, earning a Zathite Bag. Of course, this does mean you’ll need to have learned the Zathite religion, acquiring this weapon and using it to skin spiders for a Zathite Bag; you can loot the bag to gain considerable amounts of Ichor and other valuable items like the Weathered Skull.
When farming Ichor on The Exiled Lands or the Isle of Siptah, you can use a Pickaxe to eliminate various animals like the Black Widow, Giant Spider, Komodos, Scorpions, and Salamanders to drop random loot. These animals are more readily found on the Isle of Siptah. Contrary, on The Exiled Lands (especially on the eastern side of the region), you can find plenty of these animals spawning with the Scorpions around Sepermeru and The Unnamed City.
