Pets have always played an important role in Conan Exiles, protecting your base and resources, gathering resources, or even being used as a mount. Rocknose Egg is one such Pet that you can find in the Exiled Lands, resembling a lump of stone. This guide will explain where to find Rocknose Eggs in Conan Exiles: Age of Sorcery and how you can use them in the game.
Where To Find Rocknose Egg In Conan Exiles
There are various kinds of strange Pets in Conan Exiles: Age of Sorcery and the Rocknose is certainly one of them. These odd creatures appear to be formed of rock and have a weird insatiable hunger for stone.
Perhaps this is why Rocknose Eggs look like a lump of stone with sharp spikes jutting upwards in Conan Exiles. You can get Rocknose Eggs by purchasing them at The Den from Shawna the Strange for 10 Gold Coins.
It's worth noting that Rocknoses are extremely hostile beasts and can spot you from a distance. Their eggs need to be purchased because their hard stone body will absorb your attacks.

Once you’ve purchased a Rocknose Egg, it will have a Timer of 24 hours before spawning into a Pebblenose, a smaller but still fierce companion of its parent, the Rocknose. You can reduce the spawn time by placing the Rocknose Egg into a Compost Heap.
If you want to preserve your Rocknose Eggs, you can also place them in a Preservation Box containing Ice, which will stop the Timer. But ensure that after the Rocknose Eggs have hatched into Pebblenoses, you don't leave them in the Compost Heap; otherwise, they will die from starvation.
How To Use Rocknose Egg In Conan Exiles
Rocknose Eggs are a great resource in Conan Exiles because once they have hatched into a Pebblenose, you can place them in an Animal Pen with Gold Dust, but ensure that are no other resources in your Animal Pen.
It will take a few hours for your Pebblenose to mature into a Rocknose. As your Pebblenose matures, some will evolve into a normal Rocknose that produces stone, while others will evolve into Gold-vein Rocknose, which can make Stone, Ironstone, and Goldstone.
That concludes our guide on Rocknose Eggs in Conan Exiles: Age of Sorcery.
