Buffs are effects that last for a short period of time that grant bonuses or penalties to players or NPCs. This guide will cover all the Buffs in Conan Exiles: Age of Sorcery, including a list of all Potions, Books, Elixirs, and Food item Buffs.

The new Conan Exiles: Age of Sorcery update boasts many items available for you to use as Buffs. In particular, Potions, Books, Elixirs, and Food items provide your character with bonus Strength, Damage, or Stamina stats. We've listed each of these buffs below.

Potion Buffs
Here are a list of Potions Buffs in Conan Exiles: Age of Sorcery:
- Hunter’s Lotus Potion: 50% increased Concussive Damage.
- Frost Lotus Potion: Grants a variable effect from other Buffs.
- Black Lotus Potion: 15% increased Strength Weapon Damage.
- Golden Lotus Potion: +21 Stamina.
- Grey Lotus Potion: 15% Strength Weapon Damage.
- Purple Lotus Potion: 12% increase in Follower Damage
Note: In previous Conan Exile versions, Warpaint could be used as a Buff; however, this is not the case in the new update, Age of Sorcery. While this cosmetic does not offer Buffs, it can still be used to provide unique customizations to your character.
Book Buffs
Here is a list of Book Buffs in Conan Exiles: Age of Sorcery:
- Time of the Scaled Lizard Book: +45 Carrying Capacity.
- The Daughter of Ymir Book: 15% Agility Weapon Damage.
- Prince of the Black Shores Book: 30% Concussive Damage.
- Prophecy of the Borne Witch Book: +21 Stamina.
- Blood-stained Nails Book: +60 Health.
- Denizens of the Dark Well Book: 12% increase in Follower Damage.
- The Mastodont’s Tower Book: 15% increased Strength Weapons Damage.
- Hanuman’s Gift: Grants a variable effect to all Book Buffs.
Elixir Buffs
Here is a list of all Elixir Buffs in Conan Exiles: Age of Sorcery:
- Elixir of Sight: 30% increase in Concussive Damage.
- Elixir of Freedom: +21 Stamina.
- Elixir of Grace: 15% increase in Agility and Weapon Damage.
- Elixir of Numbing: +45 Carrying Capacity.
- Elixir of Enduring: +50 Armor.
- Elixir of Might: 15% Strength Weapon Damage.
- Elixir of Vigor: +60 Health.
- Tears of Gullah: 12% Follower Damage.
Food Buffs are a great resource to use in Conan Exiles: Age of Sorcery because they provide a bonus to a Buff you already possess. For example, coupling Hunter’s Lotus Potion and Savory Feast will give you 65% Concussive Damage.

- Lasting Feast: +45 Carrying Capacity.

- Purified Flesh: +14 Stamina and +40 Health.
- Ambrosia: 10% Strength Weapon Damage and +40 Health.
- Spiced Fowl: +60 Health.
- Mystery Meat Soup: +60 Health.
