Less than a month ago, developer Astrolabe Interactive finally released their much-anticipated debut game, Aloft, through Steam Early Access on PC following a delay from its intended release date. Since then, Sky Sailors, the game's dedicated community, have started or continued their explorations of the Sky Islands, building their dream home in the skies above and assembling their Skyship to travel to the islands and cleanse them from its corruption.

The developer has also kept its player base updated on the latest news, recent developments, and game-related updates, the latter of which a new patch update was released to ensure gameplay stability doesn't hamper their in-game experiences. One recent announcement the developer shared with its player base saw the survival exploration game reach a monumental milestone, a first for their debut game mere weeks post-launch.

Astorlable Interactive released their survival exploration game Aloft on 15th January 2025 through Steam for PCs in an Early Access state to allow them to continue working on the game for a final build to be launched onto other platforms in due time. While it's currently in Early Access, the development team worked alongside its player base, the Sky Sailors, through feedback to address a myriad of issues, but they also helped the game hit a new milestone.

Posting to the game's social media channels and via the game's Steam News hub, Aloft has surpassed 100,000 copies for the developer's debut release, and they've stated that they're "over the moon" following this news. "From the bottom of our hearts, thank you all for taking the leap into this new adventure and supporting Aloft," the developer stated in an official news post.

The developer continued to state that they're working hard to provide much-needed Quality-of-Life (QoL) updates for Aloft, including game adjustments, optimizations, and bug fixes to address pressing gameplay issues. They also released the game's post-launch content Roadmap last month, highlighting some key content, features, and more coming soon to Aloft in 2025, of which the first major content update will be released shortly, the developer confirmed in the aforementioned news post.
