World of Warcraft is still going strong with all of the updates that will happen throughout this year. Not only is there going to be a new expansion but there are also going to be a lot of smaller updates before the release of that major update. These updates will help keep the game feeling fresh for those who are dedicated to completing all new content.
Although there is a lot of upcoming new content for World of Warcraft, there is also going to be a lot of returning content. For example, Micro-Holidays will give players some smaller events to participate in. Here, we are going to be talking about Free T-Shirt Day and what players can expect from that in World of Warcraft.
What Is Free T-Shirt Day In WoW
Recently, Blizzard has posted a list of all of the Micro-Holidays that we will see in World of Warcraft this year. These Micro-Holidays are mini-events that happen once a year every year. To get started with Free T-Shirt Day, players will need to go to either Stormwind or Orgrimmar. The starting location will depend if the player is an Alliance or Horde character.
From there, check out the minimap. There should be a moving star which will be an NPC who shoots out t-shirts from their gun. Follow that NPC to collect the T-shirts that they shoot out and players will be able to keep them. There are also other NPCs around the world who are also marked by a star and they will give players special T-shirts as well.
Free T-Shirt Day Prizes And Dates In WoW
Most of the time, Micro-Holidays offer no permanent prizes. They usually do not give Transmogs or equipment for players. But Free T-Shirt Day is different. Every T-shirt collected is a new Transmog that players can use. So this is definitely a Micro-Holiday that players do not want to miss.
For those who want to participate in Free T-Shirt Day, they will have to do so on August 16. It is only a one-day event so do not miss out. Otherwise, players will have to wait an entire year for this special event to occur again.
