Unable To Create Dracthyr Evoker in WoW Dragonflight Fix

World of Warcraft (WoW)'s Dragonflight expansion brings a tonne of content, from the Dragon Isles region to all the Dragon Aspect drama in an exciting new story. What is even more exciting for most WoW players, however, is the game's first race/class combo, the Dracthyr Evoker, which some players can't create right now.

This guide explains why you might not be able to create a Dracthyr Evoker even though you own the WoW Dragonflight expansion and how you can possibly fix this issue.

Can't Create Dracthyr in WoW Fix & Restrictions

Listed by Blizzard under the "common problems" that WoW Dragonflight players are experiencing is the issue of: "I purchased the Epic Dragonflight Edition today but cannot create a Dracthyr character."

Yes, it is important to note that to create a Dracthyr Evoker, you must own the Dragonflight expansion. Furthermore, you can't create a Dracthyr on WoW Classic servers.

Some players do own the Dragonflight expansion but are confused as to why they can't create a Dracthyr on their realm of choice. Well, that's because there are some restrictions in place that you need to know about.

In terms of restrictions, you can only have one (1) Dracthyr per WoW realm. You can create the first one without any other restrictions. If you choose the wrong realm,  you will have to delete your initial Dracthyr Evoker, allowing you to create another one on a different realm without restrictions.

If you want to create more Dracthyr Evokers in other realms, then there's one restriction. You first need a character level 50 or above on that same realm to create a Dracthyr.

But what if the button is grayed out? Blizzard has one solution to this rare issue: simply stating that you should try closing the game fully and restarting it. We recommend just going all the way and restarting your PC if the button remains unusable.
