XDefiant fans, Ubisoft has a surprise for you. They have released the complete Year 1 roadmap, detailing everything coming to XDefiant up to Season 4. In addition, the team is also working on improving Netcode/Hitreg to address issues like packet loss, proactive resend, and more.
This year could prove extremely crucial for XDefiant, as Ubisoft will be aiming to not just retain its current player base but also to bring back those who have left. Check out the full XDefiant Year 1 roadmap for XDefiant below.

Players can expect some major improvements around Netcode/Hitreg by the end of Season 2. Additionally, Ubisoft will be ending the year with the biggest XDefiant event yet in Season 4.
Ubisoft will reveal Season 2 officially during a livestream scheduled on September 18 at 10:00 AM PT, with more information coming in the upcoming weeks.
