From the hot, dry canyons to the lush green fields and snow-capped mountains, the Riders Republic is filled with vast, wide spaces and plenty of action, all condensed on one large map. Customising your character provides players with the opportunity to add personality and charm to your character.
Players who have pre-ordered the Riders Republic ahead of its release would receive the Bunny Pack cosmetic item upon launch. However, players have noticed that they’re unable to find the item, but there is a solution to the problem.
Xbox players report missing Bunny Pack outfit
According to Ubisoft, they have temporarily disabled the Bunny Pack item across all platforms. Several players on Xbox had reported that they were experiencing issues with the item, and as such, the developers have disabled it until the issue has been resolved.
Ubisoft has issued a statement on the game’s Twitter account while thanking players for their feedback and support since the game’s launch.
“Many of you are already joining the Republic, exploring the world and playing together. We are excited to see our community grow! We have also been actively investigating the issues reported on Xbox. Thank you for your feedback,” Ubisoft said.

Ubisoft is continuing to investigate the possible reasons behind the issues with the cosmetic item. The development team is exploring every avenue to identify the problem and find a possible solution to get players exploring the Republic
Furthermore, the developers will share their investigations with players and their plans to resolve the issues as soon as possible.
Some players have, however, reported that other cosmetic items, like the Neon Pack, have also been noticeably absent from the Customize tab.
Is the bunny suit all you disabled? I’ve got the Freeride Edition (neon pack) and have entered the code but I can’t see a costume or a helmet with green smoke on my ps5
