The latest title from Xbox's publishing arm, Towerborne, developed by Stoic, has arrived on PCs via Steam through the Early Access program. This allows the developer to interact with its player base, receive valuable feedback, and implement core gameplay changes and Quality-of-Life (QoL) improvements to enhance our in-game experiences.
With Early Access having gone live as of 10th September 2024, players will require making a transaction to obtain any of the game's editions before jumping into a game solo or with friends online. This guide outlines how players can get Early Access and provide details on the Founder's Packs and more for the co-op action brawler Towerborne.
How To Get Steam Early Access For Towerborne?
Developer Stoic confirmed that their co-op action brawler Towerborne has landed on PCs via Steam Early Access as of 10th September 2024. With its availability live on Steam, the developer is eying a release through Xbox Game Preview next year before its launch for Xbox Series X|S and PC.
The game's Steam Early Access release "is a major milestone" for the development team as this period lets them gain valuable feedback from the player base, which, in turn, helps them best "refine' the game. Players interested in jumping into Towerborne to defend the Belfry from the forces of evil beyond its wall must purchase one of two bundled offers.
Players can purchase via the game's Steam listing between the Silver or Gold Founder's Pack, each bundle containing the Towerborne base game, and either the Silver or Gold DLC. In the case of the Gold Founder's Pack includes the base game, all contents from the Founder's Pack, and the Gold DLC, which adds bonus cosmetic items to the game.
Towerborne Early Access: All Founder's Pack Editions, Pricing & Details

Like mentioned before, the Gold Founder's Pack includes the Silver Founder's Pack along with bonus items and the base game.

Players can redeem the Founder's Pack items once they've created their character and finished the game's tutorial section, which lets them travel to the Belfry. After arriving at this location, they'll be able to access their in-game items, including all content from any Founder's Pack, by navigating to the game's menu and entering the Store page, where they can access items from the Founder's Pack or their bonus rewards.
Lastly, the developer will perform "full wipes" periodically while in Early Access, which will let them "implement new and update systems and improve the content and progression" of the game. Luckily for players, these wipes will not affect all items received from the Founder's Pack, including the monthly bonus rewards, which remain intact, so they won't have to worry "too much."
