Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge features a fun and exciting story mode packed with different collectibles for players to collect.
While the campaign doesn't take very long to beat, you can fiddle around the story mode and collect an array of items, such as VHS tapes, disgusting bugs, or crystal shards hidden throughout the different in-game episodes.

TMNT: Shredder's Revenge All VHS Tapes Locations
You can discover Vernon Fenwick's VHS Tapes throughout TMNT: Shredder's Revenge story mode episodes, forming part of Vernon's special requests. Collecting all the VHS tapes will grant you 100 points.
There are a total of five VHS Tapes, each of which is hidden in Episodes 6-7, 10-11, and 13. Here's where you can find each one.

VHS Tape #1: In Episode 6, the VHS tape is near the Random Clothing shop, hidden inside a garbage bin between two garden pots.

VHS Tape #2: In Episode 7, you can find the VHS tape inside a red toolbox.

VHS Tape #3: In Episode 10, the VHS tape is inside a Foot Clan crate.

VHS Tape #4: In Episode 11, a VHS tape is hidden in a card display.

Once you have found all of Vernon's VHS Tapes, visit the world map and travel to the Channel 6 Ban (it'll be left to Episode 6) to collect your reward.

TMNT: Shredder's Revenge All Disgusting Bugs Locations
Disgusting Bugs are a part of Punk Frogs' slimy diet and are special requests from The Punk Frogs. Similarly to the VHS Tapes, collect them all, and you'll get 100 points.
You will find a total of 8 Disgusting Bugs, each of which is found in Episodes 4-7 and 9-12. Here's where each one is located.

Disgusting Bugs #1: The first Bug can be found during Episode 4 inside a trashcan near some monkeys.

Disgusting Bugs #2: The second Bug is hidden in Episode 5, inside a Foot Clan crate.

TMNT: Shredder's Revenge All Crystal Shard Locations
Crystal Shards are another collectible item in TMNT: Shredder's Revenge that can be collected in story mode episodes.
These items are used as a source from which Neutrino's hover car secret derives its power. It also forms part another one of the special requests. Finding all the Crystal Shards will net you a further 200 points.
There are a total of three Crystal Shards, each of which you can find in Episodes 11, 13, and 15. Here's where to find them:

Crystal Shards #1: The first shard can be found in Episode 11, inside a Foot Clan crate.

Crystal Shards #2: In Episode 13, the second Crystal Shard is hidden inside a Foot Clan crate located in the destroyed area of the base.

Crystal Shards #3: The last Shard is hidden inside a Foot Clan crate surrounded by explosives barrels in Episode 15.
