Sony took everyone by surprise with its announcement of the State of Play, scheduled to occur on 2nd June 2022. While this alone was enough to excite enthusiasts, a new leak has emerged, potentially revealing all the games planned to be showcased.
The upcoming Sony State of Play event is reportedly 30 minutes in duration, and if the new leak is anything to go by, the event will be filled with loads of game showcases. Some of the planned showcases include Project Destructive, Stray, Street Fighter 6, Forespken, and Resident Evil 4, among others.
Sony State of Play games lineup has been leaked
In the past, State of Play events hosted by Sony has typically always been quite the hype generator among the community; however, the burning question is whether the latest event will still impress. Fortunately, we won't have to guess about the game lineup as a leak appears to reveal all the games that Sony will feature during the State of Play event.

The leak, which originated from a user on Twitter, shows what looks like an official menu of games planned to be featured at the Sony State of Play event. Additionally, the leaked image contains the timestamps, the game's name, and the type of trailer planned.

As can be discerned, the list is packed with some highly anticipated games like Stray, Forspoken, Street Fighter 6, and more. The list also contains several PSVR 2 games, and it aligns with a prior announcement by Sony that the event will have "a sneak peek at several games in development for PlayStation VR2."
With that said, Sony has not confirmed the information contained in the leak (nor would they); therefore, we strongly advise that you take this leak with a pinch of salt.
