Psychonauts 2 Psitanium: How to increase capacity and Psifold Wallet price

It has been six years since Psychonauts 2 has been crowdfunded through Fig, with more than 24,000 backers who had supported the game's development during the campaign.

Developed by Double Fine, the first Psychonauts game is a cult classic, and fans gladly accepted to aid the work on the next game in the series, hoping that Tim Schafer, the game's creator, will be able to capture the magic of the original and deliver another incredible experience.

It is a very dangerous mineral that can cause serious damage even if you just look at it for a prolonged time, let alone dealing with it in more serious ways.

But Psychonauts are not normal people, and they use it to actually increase their mental activity, making them even more powerful.

How to increase Psitanium capacity in Psychonauts 2?

When you start playing the game you will quickly realize just how important is Psitanium. And right after that realisation, the next one will be that you are rather limited in how much Psitanium you can carry around with you.

That's why it is really important to upgrade your wallet's capacity as soon as possible, as it is vital to always have enough space, or otherwise, you will soon find yourself in a situation where you will be forced to leave behind valuable Psitanium you encounter, as you will not have enough space to store it.

So, how do you upgrade it? It is actually quite straightforward, you just need to visit any Otto-Matic machine, and there you will find an option to purchase the first upgrade, called the Psifold Wallet, which will immediately raise your capacity from 100 to 1,000. For this upgrade, you will need 75 Psitanium, which you can easily find around the Motherlobe (you will recognize Psitanium by its purple colour).

Once you buy this upgrade, you can later buy another, bigger update, the Astral Wallet, which will increase your maximum capacity even further, though it will cost you 750 Psitanium to purchase it.
