We're getting closer to that time of year, when some of the most anticipated announcements and teasers within the video game industry will be unveiled with events like E3 2021 and the Xbox Game Showcase.
And as it could not be missing this time, in addition to having been a success during 2020, the Summer Game Fest will be back to complement this great season dedicated to gaming and esports, as was announced by Geoff Keighley, creator of this concept and host of The Game Awards, via Twitter.
The Summer Game Fest will start this 10th June through its Kick Off Live! event, where it is expected more details will be released around various announcements of some of the largest companies in the industry such as Microsoft, Epic Games, Ubisoft, Riot Games, among others.
The Kick Off Live! will also have a special presentation by Weezer, in addition to starting a coverage that will extend throughout the month of June and July, so it will also include events such as Ubisoft Forward, Steam Next Fest, EA Play Live, and more.

More details about the Summer Game Fest 2021 will be released before and during the event, while it has been confirmed that all its content will be available for free and without the need for a badge, through all the major streaming platforms.
