Cult of the Lamb Developer Massive Monster Celebrates 10 Years with Big Plans Ahead

Massive Monster, the acclaimed developer behind hit titles like Cult of the Lamb, is celebrating its 10th anniversary today by announcing some exciting plans for the future. Reflecting on the past decade of success, the studio has hinted that big surprises are coming soon for its dedicated community. 

"Massive Monster has officially hit the double digits, and we couldn’t have done it without YOU!" The team wrote in a Steam news release. "To celebrate this incredible milestone, we’re looking back at our journey, from humble beginnings to launching epic games like Cult of the Lamb."

The team noted that this is far from the end - and that the team is "working very hard in Mr. Monster's basement" on some "HUGE things" for fans. They didn't go into further detail, but it's definitely exciting to hear that there are more things on the way.

“We can’t wait to share them all with you,” the team concluded, hinting again at more exciting updates and content on the horizon. Fans are eager to see what the future holds as the studio prepares for the next chapter in its impressive journey. 

Just this year, the studio released two major updates for Cult of the Lamb, alongside animations, a metal album, and more. They've even hosted a variety of community events including raves, parties, and weddings.
