Independent gaming publisher Annapurna Interactive announced its upcoming games showcase for the year, which will be broadcast later this month. This showcase will provide new information and updates from multiple developers and studios on forthcoming and anticipated releases slated to release in 2025 and beyond.

This game showcase looks to give the publisher the necessary start to this year following reports late last year, which saw multiple employees resigning due to internal issues over leadership. While 2024 was a tumultuous year for Annapurna Interactive, the publisher looks to regain its confidence with the dedicated players with this showcase featuring anticipated indie releases.

The publisher has officially announced the first Annapurna Interactive Showcase for 2025, which will take place later this month. The digital event will spotlight a handful of upcoming releases, including Faraway, Lushfoil, Morsels, Skin Deep, To a T, Wanderstop, and Wheel World, as noted by the official teaser trailer's description, and are expected to be released sometime this year.

The publisher also alluded to "a few more surprises" awaiting players, which could be a new game announcement or something else entirely. The Annapurna Interactive Showcase will be livestreamed on their official YouTube channel on 24th February 2025 at 9 am PT / 12 ET / 5 pm UTC, during which viewers can enable notifications to be reminded when the digital event is about to begin.

Amongst the confirmed games that will be spotlighted during the Annapurna Interactive Showcase, one game that hasn't received much exposure since its announcement is Blade Runner 2033: Labyrinth. First announced at this digital event in 2023, there have been no follow-up reports, news, or updates into its development nor a release, which has seen many interested players feeling that this game won't see the light of day.
