One of the main selling points of Animal Crossing for millions of fans around the world it's the relaxing nature of the game.
Unlike many other simulators, it doesn't overwhelm the player with mechanics and lets them progress at their heart's content. For YouTube sensation Felix 'PewDiePie' Kjellberg, the experience has been vastly different.
In his most recent video, PewDiePie explained his discomfort for Animal Crossing: New Horizons, after also YouTube star, Sean "Jacksepticeye" McLoughlin, recommended the title to him.

“The game has mortgages and it has stock markets. And don’t even get me started on the stress with Easter. Imagine you’re playing an RPG and you’re trying to level up. But all of a sudden the game introduces RPG Easter Mode and then everything that gets you experience points are cut in half because instead you get eggs.”
The Swede is, of course, referring to the now-infamous Bunny Day event that plagued islands with eggs, to the point it became an issue for many players that were looking to progress normally, especially once it became apparent the rewards for the event weren't worth it.
