Every time a popular new game releases an update, dataminers dive in to find tidbits of information about things coming to the game. Riot Games' Valorant is no different, and after the latest patch (v1.04), we now have some shiny, upcoming weapon bundles to share. Here's your first look at the Oni and Sakura weapon bundles coming to Valorant.
Valorant Oni weapon bundle
The Oni weapon bundle should be arriving very soon, with leaks suggesting it will release on 22nd July at roughly 23:00 UK time. The Oni weapon bundle looks beautiful, and is estimated to cost 7100 Valorant Points according to Valorant Leaks.
For those who don't know, Oni is a kind of yōkai (demon spirit), ogre, or troll in Japanese folklore. You can see the inspiration in the Valorant Oni weapon bundle design, from those fantastic designs to a melee weapon which really just screams yōkai.

There are several variants of each weapon, with even more designs including some flowers throw into the mix. All these variants simply work so well that we are ready to throw our wallets at Riot.

While all the weapons do look fantastic, the melee weapon simply takes the cake, pours some Sake over it, and lights it on fire.

It seems both the Valorant Oni and Sakura weapon bundles have a Japanese inspiration, as you will see in the next section.

Sticking with the Japanese theme, Sakura means "Cherry Blossom", or "flowering cherry tree". This is exactly what the datamined Valorant Sakura weapon bundle design simply screams when you see it.
