"A New Era" For Texas Chain Saw Massacre: New Game Mode & Content Pass

Texas Chain Saw Massacre is getting its own battle pass in the form of the all-new "Content Pass" starting September 2024. The Content Pass will feature a new Family Member and Victim, early access to the new "Rush Week" game mode, four cosmetics, and an all-new Execution Pack.

Outside of the included cosmetics and Execution Pack, access to the new Rush Week Mode is a big highlight of the pack. It'll be available to all players, but fans can experience it early by purchasing the Content Pass. Developers say it'll be an "exciting and completely brand new" way to play the game, and promise more details are coming soon.

Gun Interactive's CEO Wes Keltner said on social media that the update marks "a new map, new mode, new era for Texas Chain Saw Massacre."

The Content Pass will cost players $19.99 and will last from September through February; developers say it has "over $45" worth of cosmetics, characters, and more. While it includes lots of the upcoming content coming to Texas Chain Saw Massacre, it's worth noting that it does exempt some DLC, like an upcoming Leatherface Skin, Victim Hair Pack, and extra execution packs.
