No, this is not a drill; the Adoring Fan returns in Starfield from the depths of Oblivion to once again annoy us to no end! If you are a prospective member of the Constellation who wants to actually get the Adoring Fan in Starfield as part of your crew, then we've got you covered.

As the final part of Starfield's character creation process, players can pick up to three Traits. These are options, so you can decide which to pick and if you even want to pick any in the first place, as they all have their own advantages and disadvantages. One of these Traits is "Hero Worshipped," and if you pick it during character creation, you will unlock the Adoring Fan as a member of your crew. He will give you gifts, but the disadvantage is his incessant jabbering! I've you've played Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion; then you'll know just how annoying this character is.

As spotted by the Managing Editor of Windows Central, Jez Corden, the original voice actor for the Adoring Fan from Oblivion, Craig Sechler, will reprise his role in Starfield.

In case you regret the traits you've chosen, then don't fear. You can remove a trait by completing a trait-specific mission. While the exact details of removing the Hero Worshipped Trait are no available just yet, you can rest assured that, at the very least, there is a way to part ways with the Adoring Fan in Starfield.
