To get the Tester badge in Royale High, you need to log into the game and access the Astral Lookout area. Since the portal only appears in the library at nighttime, you'll need to do that when it's evening. That means waiting at least until the in-game sky turns dark (roughly after 6:00 PM in-game time).

After you enter the portal, you'll instantly unlock the Beta Tester badge in Royale High. It's literally that simple. While you're there, make sure you play the Astral Lookout minigame by interacting with the telescopes (you can only play it once per day). There's also a secret chest location that you can find.

This chest is hidden behind a secret wall to the left of the Astral Lookout area in Royale High. To reveal it, you need to use your fire fairy powers to light the torches on the wall. After doing that, a hidden passage will be unlocked, leading you to a chest containing a whopping +250 EXP.
