Need help to find all the NPC locations in Meme Sea? You're in the right spot! Whether you want to obtain a cool new weapon or want to change your race, non-playable characters are ultra important to your character's progression. You'd be stuck without them!

The only issue is not all are easy to find. But that's where I come in. This guide will explain how to find every NPC in Meme Sea, including some of the things they offer—and how to get them! 

Where To Find All NPC Locations In Meme Sea | Roblox

There are many different NPCs in Meme Sea, each serving a different purpose in the game (well, except for Noob—he does nothing). Having said that, you should familiarize yourself with where to find non-playable characters if you hope to eventually grow your character's power.

Here is a table detailing the location of every NPC in Meme Sea:

Non-Playable Character Location Offering
Set Spawn Point All Islands It allows you to teleport back to the island where your bed point is set (press the UFO icon).
Boat Spawnerr Floppa Island Sells boats: Floppa ($50), Doge ($500), and Cheems ($5,000), which allow you to sail to different islands.
Watermelon Man Floppa Island Allows you to change your race in Meme Sea for 250 gems. It only works if you have not awakened your race (i.e., upgraded to race v2).
Popcat Floppa Island You can buy Quest Rolls for $1 million, so you can complete two challenges at the same time.
Aura Color Storage Floppa Island Let's you switch your Aura color. It's free!
Noob Moai Island He literally serves no purpose at all. He's a noob.
PvP Buff Expert PvP Arena Gives you a temporary boost to help you in combat. Bounty and Fame will buff your damage and defense in PvP every 100,000 points.
Halred Sorcerer PvP Arena Sells Aura colors for 10 gems each.
Giga Chad Snow Island Sells the Flash Step ability for $100,000. This skill lets you teleport up to 1,000 m at max level 7.5s cooldown).
Nugget Man Floppa Island Sells the Instinct ability for $2.5 million. This skill lets you dodge any attack until you run out of dodges (max: 10 dodges, 2,000 m max range, 1 dodge every 15 seconds).
Aura Master Forgotten Island Sells Auras for $10 million and 1x Meme Cube (50% chance to drop from the Meme Beast). Auras provide up to 100% bonus damage and 50% bonus defense at max level.
Floppa Gacha Floppa Island Sells every Fruit for $25,000 each (requires Level 50+). You can roll Fruits of either Common (17.48%), Uncommon (6.92%), Rare (3.08%), or Legendary (0.44%) rarity.
Doge Gacha Floppa Island Sells every Fruit for 25 Gems each (requires Level 50+). You can roll Fruits of either Common (17.48%), Uncommon (6.92%), Rare (3.08%), or Legendary (0.44%) rarity.
Maxwell Floppa Island Unlocks the Combat Fighting Style. It's free!
Doge Floppa Island Sells the Katana weapon for $5,000.
Hanger Floppa Island Sells the Hanger weapon for $7,500. You'll find him in the wall near the Big Floppa.
Cheems Floppa Island Sells the Flame Katana weapon for $50,000. It requires Cheems Cola, which you can get as a drop reward (15% chance) after killing Walter Dog on the island.
Smiling Cat Gorilla Island Sells the Banana weapon for $350,000. It also requires Cat Food, which you can get by killing the Gorilla King boss (15% chance to drop).
Gravestone Pumpkin Island Sells the Pumpkin weapon for $3.5 million. It also requires the Nugget Man, which you can get as a drop (25% chance) from the Giant Pumpkin on Halloween Island.
Ohio Popcat PvP Arena Sells the Popcat weapon. To unlock it, you need to click the Popcat 10,000 times.
Baller Mr Beast Island You can unlock the Baller Fighting Style for $10 million and 10x Balls (5% chance to drop from the Baller mob).
Meme Man Mr Beast Island Sells the Bonk weapon for $1 million and 5x Money Bags, which you can get as a drop (15% chance) by beating Mr Beast.
