The rod is available near the entrance for 1,000,000C$—however, you must first defeat the Scylla Bossto access the vendor.

Not really. In my opinion, the Leviathan’s Fang Rod is not the best choice for fishing, XP grinding, or earning C$. However, it is the best rod for catching Scylla due to its exclusive perks: +50 Resilience Bonus, +20% Progress Speed boost, and its Slash Ability, which activates when catching Scylla.

While the Leviathan’s Fang Rod is powerful on its own, you can improve its performance. with these Enchant Relics:

• Resilient – Increases resistance, making it easier to catch high-difficulty fish.
• Swift or Hasty – Allows for instant reeling, reducing the time needed to secure a catch.
