If you've already completed Poppy Playtime Chapters 1 and 2, you're probably ready to dive in to Chapter 3 now that it's out. But how long does Poppy Playtime Chapter 3 take to beat, and how does it compare to chapters 1 and 2?

Well, the time it takes to beat might be longer than you think. Chapter 1 is a really short chapter, with less than an hour of gameplay for most players (made even shorter when following walkthroughs). Chapter 2 was a little longer, at two hours, or one and a half with a walkthrough. Completing either of the first chapters with 100% completion tends to add about 45 minutes to your play through.

Poppy Playtime Chapter 3, though, is the longest of the three chapters; this means that so far, each Poppy Playtime chapter has been longer than the last. It'll likely take you about three hours to beat Poppy Playtime Chapter 3; using a walkthrough can help you shorten than down to around two hours, but looking to 100% the chapter will likely take you over 3 hours. This makes it the longest chapter by about an hour, also meaning it has more gameplay and places to explore than any of the others.

Poppy Playtime does have an active speedrunning community, and many players have posted speedruns of the first two chapters. Players have already beaten the third chapter in just over 30 minutes; it's likely that that time will be shortened even further, as players find new secrets and new ways to bypass objectives.
