How Many Cards Are in the Mythical Island Booster Pack in Pokemon TCG Pocket?

If, like me, you love building out your Pokédex in Pokémon games, you've been anxiously awaiting the rollout of new Booster Packs in Pokémon TCG Pocket. Yes, we had our fun collecting all 286 digital cards from the Genetic Apex set, but it's time for something new. 

Regardless of whether or not you've collected everything from the Genetic Apex Charizard, Mewtwo, and Pikachu packs, a brand new Themed Booster Pack has arrived in-game — Mythical Island. Don't worry — you can still open packs from the previous sets, but now you've got a little more choice.

How Many Cards Does the Mythical Island Booster Pack Have? 

Given that it's just one new Booster Pack that's been added to Pokémon TCG Pocket, players will have fewer cards to get their hands on than at launch with Genetic Apex. As it stands, there are 86 new digital cards to collect from the Mythical Island Themed Booster Pack.

This booster pack includes 68 cards in its main set, including Mew ex, Celebi ex, and Gyarados ex. In addition to the main set, there are 18 secret rare cards to collect. Secret cards are also present in the Genetic Apex collection, which features 226 cards in its main set and 60 secret rare cards.

There's only one immersive card in the Mythical Island Booster Pack this time, which features Celebi ex.

The Mythical Island Themed Booster Pack launched in Pokémon TCG Pocket on December 17, 2024. New Booster Packs are expected to launch in 2025.
