Pokemon GO is currently suffering through a game-breaking glitch that's causing problems for players. With all of the different events that are happening in game, there are a lot of active players logging in. That means there are more players trying out a multitude of different challenges available to them.
All of the different challenges will give players many different rewards. Recently, new challenges have come into the Party Play section in Pokemon GO. But with new challenges comes new problems. A new glitch in Party Play causes the game to be unplayable for a certain time period.
What Is The Party Challenge Glitch In Pokemon GO?
Party Play in Pokemon GO is a way to group together and accomplish a variety of different tasks and get rewarded. But Reddit users have been posting that once they have started the Party Challenge, they are stuck on that screen. What's worse is that the glitch appears to be temporarily game-breaking.
Once players are stuck on the Party Challenge screen, there's nothing they can do to get out of it. Players will be stuck on the Party Challenge screen in Pokemon GO no matter what they try. This seems to be a major bug that essentially breaks the game for a while which is a problem for players who want to complete the new challenges.
How To Fix Party Challenge Glitch In Pokemon GO
So far, there seems to be no fixing the Party Challenge glitch. If players turn the game on and off, they will be still stuck on the same screen. Reportedly, deleting and redownloading Pokemon GO does not work either. Once players have reached this screen, they will remain stuck there for a while.
The only way to fix the Party Challenge bug is to wait. The party that players create will naturally disband after an hour and a half, and players will be released from the screen. From what's been noted, this is the only way to get out of this particular bug. Nothing else seems to work. At the time of this writing, Niantic has not addressed this issue yet. Players should completely avoid Party Play for the time being until this bug is patched out.
