A sudden gush of wind blows through Bahari Bay, which can only mean the doors to the next temple have been opened. The v0.175 patch update introduced the Temple of the Gales, the third temple in which players can begin their new adventures when out and about in Bahari Bay.
This temple can be unlocked by completing its quest line, for which they'll tag along with Caleri, Elouisa, and Zeki to uncover the secrets that were left behind. If players want to find the Air Temple, we've provided the exact location and what can be found inside the Temple of the Gales in Palia.
How To Find The Temple Of The Gales Location In Palia
Palia's v0.175 patch update, released on 8th December 2023, added the much-anticipated temple previously announced in the November 2023 Developer Update. The Temple of the Gales is the third temple players can access, following the Temple of the Waves at Phoenix Falls and the Temple of the Flames near Pavel Mines, which requires completing a questline.
Players will discover the temple's location during the quest, "Silver winging-it!" which will be given to them by Zeki after completing the Look to the Sky quest. The Temple of the Galaes can also be found in Bahari Bay, which players have likely seen during their farming runs and exploration of this area.
They can utilize the Fast Travel Stable Board in Kilima Village to travel to Beachcomber Cove before heading south to reach the temple's entrance at Windy Ruins. However, they won't be able to enter the temple until the Silver-winging It! quest is triggered, and they can head inside using a Flow-infused battery.
There are plenty of puzzles to solve once inside the temple to further their explorations, and they will also need to complete a handful of quests given to them by Caleri, Elouisa, and Zeki. This temple's questline is perhaps the longest of all temples due to the number of quests to complete for each character, totaling seven quests, concluding with the Vault of the Gales.
Let's look at all the quests to complete for the Temple of the Gales questline in Palia:
- Look to the Sky
- Silver-winging It!
- Proof of Magic
- Special Donations
- It Takes a Village – Caleri
- It Takes a Village – Elouisa
- It Takes a Village – Zeki
- Eye of the Storm
- Vault of the Gales
The latter will allow players to complete four new bundles upon completing this quest and receive one of the items needed to complete the Stormseeker's Bundle. We will detail all the new bundles and the items required to complete them in separate guides, which players can donate them when visiting the Night Sky Temple at Mirror Pond Ruins in Kilima Village.
Palia is currently available via the Epic Games Store and in Open Beta for PC, as players can install the game launcher detailed in this guide. The game is now available to download for Nintendo Switch as of 14th December 2023.
