Developer Singularity 6 has now made it easier for Palians to change up their looks on the go without having to travel back to their wardrobe on their Housing Plot. Palia's v0.812 patch update introduced Palians to a new in-game feature that allows them to create, save, and equip outfits in their wardrobe and bring them along during their adventures in Kilima Village and Bahari Bay.

The Style-on-the-Go feature was added to the cozy MMO in the v0.812 patch, the Summer Serenade update, in which the developer briefly described how it works. According to the aforementioned patch notes, Palians can create new outfits within their wardrobe before clicking the "Save Outfit" button at the bottom left of the screen, which can be found under the Saved Outfits tab.

They can save up to 16 different outfits, which can also be deleted from the Saved Outfits tab if they need a slot for a new outfit to save. The next part is changing outfits "on the go" when out and about in the overworld, which is relatively straightforward to achieve.

First, hit the T key or the L Button on the Switch Joy-Con to bring up the Emote Wheel and click or select the Edit icon beside it to access the Collections menu. Select the Saved Outfits tab from where they can equip their Saved Outfits to the wheel of which they can only have eight outfits pinned to the wheel at any given time.

Exit the Collections menu and hit the T key or the L Button on the Switch Joy-Con again to bring up the Emote Wheel. This time, use the Mouse to bring up the Emote Wheel and use the mouse wheel scroll or the up and down directional buttons on the Switch Joy-Con to cycle to the Style-on-the-Go Wheel and highlight or hover over the outfit they want to change to, and they have successfully changed into a Saved Outfit.

An important thing to note is that they can also make use of the Tailor Shop Changing Room at the Central Stables in Bahari Bay to create and save outfits. This is an option for Palians if they're far from their Housing Plot to access a wardrobe before saving outfits and using the Style-on-the-Go Wheel to change outfits.
