While she and her father often bump heads, sometimes Najuma believes her father isn’t allowing her to be a kid and enjoy her upbringing, which is a focal point of this Friendship quest. Hodari and Najuma have gotten into a couple of spats in which players will often come to the aid of both father and daughter in their Friendship quests. As Hodari is highly protective over Najuma since she lost part of her left leg and her mother’s passing, Najuma feels like her father isn’t giving her much space to be a kid, which takes primary focus in her Friendship quest, Louder Than Words.

Hodari has barred Najuma from exploring the mines, which left Najuma extremely livid, and she seeks to prove that she can handle herself when exploring these cavernous areas. How To Complete The Louder Than Words Friendship Quest In Palia?

Najuma and her father, Hodari, had a massive disagreement, which led to her feeling disappointed but adamant about proving her father wrong. She will appear on the players’ Housing Plot after reaching Friendship Level 2, for which she wants to prove that actions do speak louder than words and requires their help crafting a safety suit to allow her to explore the mines again.

As she has already designed a suit, she needs help finding materials from which players can collect Silk Threads and Leather on her behalf. Silk Threads can be dropped after catching specific bugs like Azure Stonehopper, Firebreathing Dragonfly, and Scintillating Centipede when using Smoke Bombs.

Leather can be processed in the Fabric Loom by placing Sernuk Hide into the Hopper, which they’ll need to hunt any Sernuk found in Kilima Village and Bahari Bay. Once they have all the materials gathered, they can return to Najuma or speak to Hodari to hear his side of the story.

If they have spoken to Hodari, they can proceed to find Najuma before handing her the materials needed to craft a safety suit. She’ll thank them immensely for providing her with the materials as she’ll get to work on the safety suit, which completes this turbulent Friendship quest in which they’ll get 20 Renown, five Copper Bars, and five Iron Bars and improve their Friendship with Najuma.

Palia is currently available via the Epic Games Store and in Open Beta for PC, as players can install the game launcher detailed in this guide. The game is now available to download for Nintendo Switch as of 14th December 2023.
