Cozy MMO Palia Is Coming To Epic Games Store For PC

The bustling community of the cozy MMO Palia has been steadily growing since its Closed and Open Beta releases in August 2023. With plenty of patch updates and hotfixes, which have provided ample Quality-of-Life (QoL) improvements, new game modes, and plenty of exciting content to enjoy, the game will be “spreading its wings” following its latest announcement.

Announced on the game’s official website and social media, Palia is coming to the Epic Games Store, giving new and old players more ways to play the game. With a Nintendo Switch launch still scheduled for this Holiday Season, developer Singularity 6 has detailed further information regarding the game’s launch on the popular storefront.

Developer Singularity 6 announced on 17th October 2023 that their cozy MMO, Palia, is launching globally for PC via the Epic Games Store. The game is now available to Wishlist before it gets added to the existing library of games on 24th October 2023, with PC requirements remaining the same at launch.

Palia will launch with all released content and updates until the v0.170 patch update that added the Obstacle Course, the Spooky Decor Item Set, and the Romance option for Hodari. With this game’s release, the developer will add dedicated EU servers to improve “latency and gameplay experience.”

The EU servers will be available in the next patch or hotfix update for Palia, as the date has yet to be announced by the developer. Additional information was also provided in the official press release that cross-platform play (crossplay) is supported as players can bring their game saves over as it uses the same game launcher.

Players will need a Palia account to log in or sign up for the game, which the latter can be done by registering at the Accounts page on Palia’s website. As such, players can use the Refer-A-Friend Program link to refer their friends to join Palia and earn rewards for joining the game.

Palia is currently available in Open Beta for PC, as players can install the game launcher detailed in this guide. The game is slated to release on the Nintendo Switch, releasing Holiday Season 2023.
