Eloiusa is quite a fascinating Villager, with a particular interest in knowledge akin to Jina; however, taking unorthodox ways to acquire this knowledge. While she can be found at the library beside her twin sister, Caleri, Eloiusa is always on the lookout to explore new theories around the village.

For this quest, she’s looking to capture a Flothinger plaguing the area nearby the Daiya Farm in Leafhopper Hills. To aid her in her investigations, we’ve provided the quest objectives to help you complete this quest in Palia:

How To Complete The Catch A Flothinger Quest In Palia?

After meeting with Eloiusa, Caleri’s twin sister, around Kilima Village and conversing in conversations with her, she’ll bestow an important task for you to complete. She reveals that a terrifying threat is haunting Kilima Village at night, and she needs your help capturing this creature so that she may continue her investigations.

She will hand over a trap which you’ll need to deliver and place at a specific area marked on the map. This location is near Badruu’s Farm, the Daiya Farm in Leafhopper Hills, where you can utilize the Fast Travel system by interacting with a Stable board in the village square.

Once you’ve arrived at Daiya Farm, look for an overhanging cliff nearby the Night Sky Temple entrance, and you’ll find a floating box in the area. Interact with the box to drop off the trap before returning to Eloiusa to complete the quest, and she’ll report back to you on her findings.

Upon the quest’s completion, you’ll receive 15 Renown, five Smoke Candles, and Friendship XP increasing your friendship with Eloiusa. After some time, Eloiusa will send you a letter detailing her report on her investigations into capturing a Flothinger.

Unfortunately, the trap was unsuccessful as Auni got caught in her trap and infuriated Delaila in the process. She’ll request that you pass on her apologies should you see Delaila in the village as she continues her investigations into the fabled Flothinger.
