How To Complete The Badruu Blues Friendship Quest In Palia?
Badruu is feeling the blues, and his son, Nai’o, has noted that players can speak to him to pick up the Badruu Blues Friendship quest. As players investigate why Badruu has been feeling unfunny lately, they discover that he had a passion for playing music but had stopped when he married Delaila and started a family.
As he still had his lute, Badruu’s lute was destroyed, which is why he had stopped playing recently, and Nai’o believes that crafting a new one will cheer him up. Players are tasked with collecting resources to craft Badruu, a new lute which the Heartwood logs can be foraged by chopping Evergreen trees in Bahari Bay, and Silk Threads are farmed by catching rare bugs, including Bahari Glowbugs, Firebreathing Dragonfly, Hairy Millipede, and Scintillating Centipede to name.
They can return to Nai’o with the collected resources before finding Badruu’s Broken Lute behind the staircase of the Daiya Family Farm. After bringing the lute to Nai’o, he’ll use the collected resources to build a new lute for his father, which players can receive before gifting it to Badruu.
Surprised that they and Nai’o had been conspiring to produce a new lute for him, Badruu can’t play music on this lute as he believes it “belongs in a museum,” but he thanks them for the thoughtful gift. This will complete the Badruu Blues Friendship quest, which improves their Friendship with Badruu, and they can receive 20 Renown and eight Tomatoes as rewards.
