Black Swan is a two-cost, three-power card in Marvel Snap. When Black Swan is revealed, your 1-Cost cards will cost 0 Energy until the end of your next turn. This is a very unique ability and, under the right circumstances, will allow you to play out your entire hand for free. Black Swan is the Season Pass card for the February Season of Marvel Snap, Black Order. This means that lots of players will be able to gain access to this card right away and start testing it out.
So, if you are ready to start using Black Swan in Marvel Snap, you've come to the right place. This article will cover the best Black Swan in Marvel Snap, including deck lists, strategies, and more!
The Best Black Swan Decks In Marvel Snap
The best Black Swan decks in Marvel Snap are those with lots of one-cost cards. Black Swan's ability is great for throwing down tons of one-cost cards over the course of the game. It should be noted that players will also be able to activate this ability anytime after turn two. Right now, it is possible to play six one-cost cards on the final turn of the game, so perhaps Black Swan will not be used as a late-game finisher but as an early snowballer.
Alternatively, you can use Black Swan to dump tons of one-cost cards on the final turn along with Onslaught after having set up your Ka-Zar and Blue Marvel.
Zoo Deck
The most obvious place to play Black Swan is in a Zoo deck. As mentioned, these decks typically want to set up Ka-Zar and Blue Marvel with a horde of one-cost cards. Unfortunately, thanks to Killmonger, players must throw priority and dump their one-cost cards on the final turn of the game.
Thanks to Black Swan, however, players can now hold their cards and play Onslaught. Along with Caiera to prevent any Killmonger shenanigans, Zoo may just see a resurgence in power yet.
Zoo Deck List:
- Squirrel Girl
- Ant-Man
- Blade
- Iceman
- Spider-Ham
- Rocket Raccoon
- Elektra
- Black Swan
- Caiera
- Bishop
- Ka-Zar
- Blue Marvel
- Onslaught
Thanos Deck
Thanos is another great option for Black Swan players, as all the Infinity Stones can cost zero. Thanos is seldom played in decks featuring him, as the Stones are so powerful. Now, he might actually see play.
Thanos Deck List:
- Nebula
- Sunspot
- Black Swan
- Jeff
- Psylocke
- Storm
- Cosmo
- Iron Lad
- Cull Obsidian
- Professor X
- Devil Dinosaur
- Alioth
And these are the best Black Swan decks in Marvel Snap!
