You can get these items through the solo challenges rewards, like the Legends program, or by buying them at the auction house.

Keep in mind that the more popular the player or the team he plays on could make a difference in how much you will have to spend to snatch them.

My best advice will be to keep only a certain number of spots in your lineup for Power Up items so you can see constant and stable progress instead of having a hard time getting what’s necessary to upgrade them.
