Ruined King: A League of Legends Story gameplay revealed during The Game Awards

A year after debuting at last year's The Game Awards, the turn-based RPG Ruined King: A League of Legends Story, showcased its first gameplay, giving us a glimpse at what can we expect when it releases in 2021.

The game will be Riot's foray into single-player titles, as they are publishing it under the Riot Forge brand, which seeks partnerships with third-party developers to bring their IPs to new audiences.

In this case, the development of Ruined King has Airship Syndicate at the helm.  Sadly, the game will not be releasing in early 2021 as scheduled, with the developers posting via social media that the project will be delayed.

We hope the delay gives the developers time to polish the game so it's the best it can be.
