Rumours about the third installation in the Injustice series are circulating the internet for quite some time.
Injustice 3 was all but confirmed back in June when we found out that NetherRealm Studios is hiring people to work on a new instalment in the Injustice franchise.
Even before that, various rumours have been mentioning Injustice 3, and Ed Boon himself mentioned at one point that they would like for Injustice to be at least a trilogy.

DC FanDome event is getting closer and in just a few weeks we will find out a lot of big news in regards to DC universe and some of them will undoubtedly be about new DC games.
We already know that Rocksteady will show a Suicide Squad game there, but people are speculating that we might finally see Injustice 3 as well.
Kode Abdo, also known as Bosslogic, is an Australian contemporary digital artist, who is known as a big FGC fan, and avid gamer in general.
Back in April, he helped UbiSoft during the live stream to showcase the setting of the new Assassin’s Creed by creating a unique art piece.
And now, it looks like he will be a part of Injustice 3 reveal as well.

This weekend, he posted an image with "Injustice 3" written on it.
Many would consider this to be just his fanart or wishes, but he will also be a part of the official program at the DC FanDome, and given his previous collaborations in the game industry, this might quite possibly be a first "real" teaser for the game.
What's also interesting is that the teaser has Watchmen elements on it, which naturally led to more speculation, especially given the cult status Watchmen has amongst fans.
Watchmen was originally created back in 1986 by the British creative team of writer Alan Moore, artist Dave Gibbons and colourist John Higgins, and since then it was considered by many as one of the best comics books ever, and was recognized in Time's List of the 100 Best Novels as one of the best English language novels published since 1923.
DC FanDome event with Bosslogic is scheduled for August 22nd, so we can expect more details to be revealed than.
The event will be streamed live on the DCEntertainmentTV Youtube channel.
