Identity V is collaborating with Sanrio for a second time, the game's developers announced. IDV is bringing Sanrio's iconic adorable characters to the game as playable characters, pets, and more, for a full-on Sanrio celebration.
Completing event quests in Identity V will reward players with themed portraits and portrait frames, while other brand-new themed cosmetics are available in the in-game store in return for Echoes. Highlights of the event include two new A Costumes available in the shop - Cheerleader My Melody and Merry Bloody Queen Kuromi - for 1,388 Echoes each, as well as the return of the characters from the first Sanrio crossover.
Players will be able to complete event quests to get the Hello Kitty Dream and Dreamy Cinnamoroll themed portraits and portrait frames for free.
The Identity V x Sanrio crossover started yesterday, 27 June, and will be ongoing until 26 July. This gives players a little under a month to check out all the event has to offer and get all of the earnable cosmetics. If you want to earn all of the possible rewards, you'll need to complete all of the in-game Sanrio queste before they expire on the 26th.
