Fans have been waiting for PlayStation VR2 for months now, and Sony has surprised everyone with the announcement of its launch date, price, pre-order details, and much more. Sony has revealed that PlayStation VR2 is slated for a launch on 22nd February 2023. In addition to this, the PlayStation VR2 Sense controller charging station, designed specifically for the PS VR2 Sense controller, will also release on the same day.
PlayStation VR2 will cost $549.99 / €599.99 / £529.99 / ¥74,980, and the package will include a PS VR2 headset, PS VR2 Sense controllers, and stereo headphones. Fans can also buy the PlayStation VR2 Horizon Call of the Mountain bundle, in which you will also get a PlayStation Store voucher code for Horizon Call of the Mountain along with all the items listed above.
The PlayStation VR2 Sense controller charging station will cost $49.99 / €49.99 / £39.99 / ¥5,480.
When Do PlayStation VR2 Pre-Orders Start?
The pre-orders for PlayStation VR2 will start on 15th November, and players in U.S., U.K., France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg will be able to pre-order online through PlayStation’s store. However, for other regions, PlayStation VR2 will be sold at participating retailers starting from 15th November and Sony will share more information regarding this soon.

Sony has also announced 11 new titles designed specifically for PlayStation VR2 and some of them will also be available to pre-order from 15th November. The new games announced are The Dark Pictures: Switchback VR, Crossfire: Sierra Squad, The Light Brigade, Cities VR – Enhanced Edition, Cosmonious High, Hello Neighbor: Search and Rescue, Jurassic World Aftermath Collection, Pistol Whip VR, Zenith: The Last City, After The Fall, and Tentacular.
