GTA Online Career Progress Feature, Explained

A lot of brand new updates are coming in GTA Online's San Andreas Mercenaries update, slated for a 13th June 2023 release. Among those updates is a new career progress feature, which will allow players to more easily track their progress in-game. If you've played for a long time, you'll no doubt love being able to see everything you've done over the years, while new players can watch their numbers grow. Let's delve a little deeper into what GTA Online's new career progress feature might look like, and how players can access it to view their own stats.

What Is GTA Online's Career Progress Feature?

 The Career Progress feature will show you your game progression; while details haven't been revealed, it's likely you'll be able to see all of the businesses (like the Acid Lab), weapons, and other items you own. You might also be able to see how much money you've earned over time.

Note that you'll only be able to access the new career progress feature if you own the GTA 5 Expanded and Enhanced edition, which is only available on current-gen consoles. Unfortunately, it's unlikely that Rockstar will add it to other versions of the game.

How To Access GTA Online's Career Progress

You'll be able to see your progress in both the Main Menu and Pause Menu in GTA Online, meaning whether you're currently playing or you're ready to begin a session, you can conveniently check your stats. As we mentioned, you'll need to own the GTA 5 Expanded and Enhanced Edition for a compatible console for this to work; otherwise, you won't see the feature at all.

The career progress feature is one of the most exciting updates coming to GTA Online in the San Andreas Mercenaries update; for long-time players and beginners alike, being able to see your progress can be motivating and fun; it's also something that you can share with your friends and compare.  The feature will join the game on 13th June 2023, when the San Andreas Mercenaries update goes live.
