GTA Online Acid Lab Payout

GTA Online has just had a pretty big DLC drop with the release of the Los Santos Drug Wars expansion. This new DLC has given players a lot more cars, new missions, and a decent amount of new content to play around with. But most importantly, it gave players the ability to start their own Acid Lab.

You might be wondering, is it worth getting your own Acid Lab in GTA Online? Well, we are here to answer that question. We are going to go over the overall cost of setting up your Acid Lab and how much money you can make from this new drug business.

How Much Money Can I Get From The Acid Lab In GTA Online?

One thing that you need to do first is to make sure that you are playing through the Drug Wars DLC missions that Rockstar set up. You need to do the first six missions in The First Dose to unlock the Acid Lab. Then, you actually need to purchase the Acid Lab for $750000.

Once you do that, you need to complete some more missions and you can upgrade your Acid Lab. Do not confuse this with upgrading the MTL Brickade 6x6 itself because doing that will not produce more acid or earn you more money.

To get Acid Lab upgrades, you need to complete 10 Fooligan jobs. Then you can purchase the Acid Lab upgrades for $250000. That means it takes a total cost of $1 million and 16 missions to fully upgrade your Acid Lab.

Once your Acid Lab is upgraded, you will be earning around $335200 for a full stock of acid. There is a high-demand bonus if you sell the acid in a public session which will earn you about $500000.

Is It Worth Getting The Acid Lab In GTA Online?

Getting the acid lab is pretty good but there are some pain points you need to look out for. Overall, it takes much longer to get an acid lab set up than it does a meth lab which you can do right from the get-go. You do not need to do a bunch of crazy missions to set up a meth lab and you will be earning a lot of money fast.

However, the high-demand bonus does sound nice if you can sell your supply without any issues. The problem is that you will be subjected to other players and griefers as well. So you can possibly ruin your supply run and get nothing out of it at all. So overall, it is good if you want to take the risk of selling in a public session.
