As Chapter 4: Season 2 in Fortnite comes to an end, Epic Games has released a trailer for the upcoming season, Chapter 4: Season 3: 'Wilds', showcasing a brand new jungle biome. The official trailer comes after several months of speculation and leaks about Chapter 4: Season 3, as players already expected that a jungle or rainforest biome might be in the works.
Fortnite Season 4: Chapter 3 Teasers
The chapter, which will seemingly be called 'Wilds,' will feature a Jungle biome, waterfalls, and more, as it looks from the short video. According to leaks, there will also be a desert area and a volcano. The video posted to Fortnite's Twitter account also confirms that the new chapter will come out on 9th June 2023, the same day that Season 4: Chapter 2 ends. It's a little usual for a chapter to end on the same day as another starts, as there's usually an interim period, but it makes sense as the end of the current chapter was originally meant to end on the 2nd before delays held it back.
On 6 June, Epic Games posted the first short trailer for the upcoming season. In it, we see the ground opening up to reveal a hidden temple.
