Live now as part of the v16.40 update, the Sprie Guardian’s Primal Assault Rifle is available in the Battle Royale mode. So here’s a simple guide to get your hands on the new Primal AR, as well as stats, and the location of the Spire Guardian NPC.

Here are simple steps to get to the correct location and purchase the Spire Guardian’s Primal Assault Rifle.

• Travel to ‘The Spire’ location on the map
• Find the Spire Guardian
• Defeat the Spire Guardian (easier with upgraded or special weapons)
• Pick up the dropped Spire Guardian’s Primal Assault Rifle

It’s that simple, and it won’t cost you anything but potentially health. A safer way to do this is to start shooting the Spire Guardian from longer ranges with Bows and other long-range weapons.

The Spire Guardian’s Primal Assault Rifle hits harder than the normal AR (38 vs. 33 damage) and also reloads slightly faster (2.1 vs. 2.3 seconds). Like other AR’s it takes Medium Bullets and contains 30 shots per magazine.
