The second Five Nights at Freddy's movie hasn't even hit theaters yet - it's scheduled for a December 2025 release - but some leaks already suggest that the franchise may go beyond a trilogy. Matthew Lillard confirmed that he signed a three-film deal with Blumhouse, but director Emma Tammi said she'd be open to even more movies beyond that in a recent interview.
"I am not closing the door to that at all," Tammi told SlashFilm when asked about the potential of making even more movies that explore locations like Circus Baby's Pizza World (AKA Sister Location), or Security Breach's Mega Pizzaplex. "I would be so excited to pursue additional films in this world... so, fingers crossed."
This means that fans could not only potentially see a FNAF 4 movie sometime in the future, but also adaptations of other Five Nights at Freddy's games like Security Breach or Into The Pit. Nothing is confirmed about the possibility of a FNAF movie beyond the first few, but it sounds like the films' director is definitely interested in exploring the franchise more.
