Destiny Rising Mobile Release Date & System Requirements

Destiny fans, NetEase has a surprise announcement for you. They have joined hands with Bungie to announce Destiny: Rising, a mobile sci-fi RPG shooter, set in the Destiny universe. The game will feature a variety of playable heroes, a shared world, multiple game modes, and much more.

NetEase has revealed the first details of Destiny: Rising, including its release period, alpha test, trailer, gameplay content, and much more. Find out everything about it below.

Destiny: Rising Release Date & Announcement Trailer

The release date for Destiny: Rising has not been revealed yet by NetEase; however, they have announced that a closed alpha test for the game will be taking place in November 2024.

Destiny: Rising Gameplay Features & Content

NetEase has shared a look at Destiny: Rising's gameplay features and development insights officially with the players. 

The game is set in an "unseen" era, where the civilization has collapsed, resulting in Dark Age. However, there's a ray of hope as the humanity stands against the alien forces with the help of legendary Iron Lords. Meanwhile, a new generation of Lightbearers, known as Ghosts, have been resurrected by mysterious entities and their goal is to restore "humanity's prominence and secure its future."

Here are the features Destiny: Rising will bring to the table:

FPP & TPP

You will be able to choose between first-person view or third-person view to play. Not on this, you will also be able to play the game with supported controller.

Characters With Unique Abilities & Stories

Familiar faces from Destiny will be joined by multiple new characters, each featuring unique story and abilities. Choose them wisely, based on their combat style to defeat the enemies you encounter. 

PvE and PvP Game Modes

In Destiny: Rising, you will be able to explore both campaign missions and 6-player co-op strikes as featured in Destiny, along with brand new PvE and PvP game modes.

Exotic Weapons

Destiny: Rising will feature multiple exotic weapons for different combat styles. You will be able to explore different trait combinations and mechanics related to the weapons to defeat enemies. 

Multiplayer Features

Just like in Destiny, you will be able to play the game with your friends. Along with this, you can build and join clans, experience party game modes, customize shared spaces, and much more.
